USSD Mercer Island

Hours of Operation:

Monday thru Friday - noon to 9:30pm

Saturday - 9:00am to 3:00pm

Sunday - 10:00am to 3:00pm

Every student receives thirty minutes of private instruction each week.  Sessions are scheduled separately by each student.

In addition, students may attend as many group classes as available during the week.

Children 3-6 years old Monday 3:30pm
Thursday 4:00pm
Children 7-11 years old Tuesday and Thursday 5:30pm
Children 3-11 years old Sunday 11:00am
Children 12-17 years old Monday, Wednesday
   and Friday 5:30pm
Adult 18 years and older (open to all levels) Tuesday and Thursday 8:00pm
Saturday 11:00am
Adult Advanced (blue belt and above) Monday and Wednesday 7:30pm
Specialized Adult Group Instruction and Adult Sparring
(protective gear is required)		 Friday 8:00pm
